Most people think that if you have a belly and a muscular arm, you only eat chicken on water, dry rice, boiled broccoli, or other vegetables. For most people, a healthy diet is synonymous with a diet that is not very tasty. They have the feeling that the one who is eating healthy is the same to her all the same – fat, unsweetened, tasteless. It does not have to be like that. There are plenty of superfoods that are healthy and tasty. It’s just about being able to combine them correctly. And it does not mean you always eat only top healthy. If you respect the known rule – the right meal at the right time – you do not have to worry that if you occasionally heat up a little bit (for example a piece of high-quality chocolate or a few chips on non-regular days), it will contradict your efforts to build a muscular, engraved figure.

The list of superfoods you will find here are not, of course, the only thing you can eat. But it’s mainly the food that you should re-enter into your diet so your muscles have enough nutrients.

Depending on the number of stars in the fat burning category, you will see how much the food has on your fat. The more stars, the better. If you take these foods at the right time, not only the fat won’t store, they can also help to burn the fat.

The middle way (3 *) is for example food that fits into the kitchen as well as a snack with it and does not require heat treatment.
